Why did you choose to do an apprenticeship at Pochin?
"I chose to do my apprenticeship at Pochin, as I was looking for a job that had everyday face to face interaction. I’ve always described myself as a ‘people person’ and something like an office job just didn’t feel right for me. No one day is the same at Pochin and I love that about this job."
What did you enjoy about the program?
“I liked that the program was relaxed, I didn’t feel much pressure at all because I was really well supported by my mentor and my colleagues.”

“I would say go for it! An apprenticeship is a great way to learn new skills and transition into the working world.”

"I have enjoyed many things about the program, including learning different skills and applying them in the job, as well as interacting with colleagues who were both very welcoming and helpful."

"Along with the development of my IT skills, the apprenticeship has improved my communication, and I have gained an appreciation for some of the different aspects of the business that I have been exposed to."

"It has been very worthwhile, and I highly recommend it for anybody thinking of an apprenticeship at Pochin."
